At June Roundtable we will start with a state of the City from Mayor Genneway ( mother of an ECR Eagle Scout and OA member ).

ECR Gateway - A New Custodian Is Needed

Update: We will be storing the gateway in the ECR cage at council.  We will still need assistance in the future to bring it to events - e.g. Camporall at Casper Regional Park on October 26.

Lifeguard positions

Aliso Niguel Laguna Beach Girl Scout Day Camp is looking for 2 BSA life guards on Thursday June 28th from 4:30-6:30pm. They will be supervising a pool party of roughly 30 girls aged 12-18. We will pay $25/ hr plus provide dinner & snacks. The location is “The Club” 24745 Rancho Niguel Rd, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677 (Corner of Moulton Pkwy & Rancho Niguel Rd). Alvin Phan is the new DE for Unit Service/Program in South County, giving support to three Districts: El Camino Real, Rancho San Joaquin, and Saddleback.

Alvin was previously the District Executive of Membership for the Western part of Orange County.  He is an Eagle Scout from Troop 901 and is currently an Assistant Scoutmaster there. He has been in Scouting for 15 years in the El Capitan District and has previously served as a Unit Commissioner in 2016. Alvin is Wood Badge trained and is a proud member of the Fox patrol. He is a graduate of California State University of Fullerton, with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication.
