Tour and Activity Plan Terminated

Posted by jtaylor on Apr 5 2017 - 9:56am

This change is a simplification of the planning for outdoor activities, but the BSA is quick to remind us though:

The Scouting program, as contained in our handbooks and literature, integrates safety considerations. No policy or procedure can replace the review and vigilance of trusted adults and leaders at the point of program execution. The Committee Chair and the Chartered Organization Representative are responsible for ensuring that the program and activities of their unit are in line with the Guide to Safe Scouting and policies of the BSA.
